My name is Anna.
I am a passionate yoga teacher whose journey began in 2012, and I have the privilege of being certified with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY).
In 2019, life presented me with an unexpected challenge when I was diagnosed with lymphedema. Through this experience, I discovered the profound healing power of yoga, which not only supported me physically but also uplifted me mentally during times of struggle.
Driven by the transformative impact yoga has had on my own life, I'm deeply committed to sharing its benefits with everyone, regardless of age, ability, or health condition. I believe wholeheartedly that yoga is a gift meant for everyone, a nurturing tool that helps keep us mobile, active, and in harmony with our minds. My teaching approach is rooted in inclusivity, ensuring that each person feels welcomed, supported, and empowered on their unique journey to well-being. With every class, my hope is to inspire others to embrace the healing potential of yoga, fostering a holistic sense of vitality and balance in body and mind. I provide my services online and offer in person yoga classes in Cheshunt.
